You may close your phbinggo account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus credits and any associated wagering requirements not yet completed will be forfeited upon account closure at the Player's request. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

phbinggo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record or through a prominent notification on the phbinggo platform prior to the effective date of the change, except where urgent amendment is required by PAGCOR direction or changes in Philippine law.
The version of these Terms and Conditions bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date shall be the operative version governing all player relationships. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of phbinggo following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter), the Anti-Money Laundering Act, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and all applicable PAGCOR circulars and regulations. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative and governing version. Any translation provided for convenience shall not affect the interpretation or enforcement of the English-language original.
